  • Is it possible to purchase or order the MINI collections offline?

    Many of the items can be purchased at your local MINI Retailer. Should the item be out of stock, a Retailer will be happy to order it for you.

    Everyday Free shipping is eligible on all orders totaling $200.00 or more before taxes and after promotional codes are applied. *Some remote areas of Canada can only be serviced by air delivery. In these cases free shipping is not available and extra shipping charges may apply. If extra shipping charges are required for your order we will contact you to confirm whether you would like to pay the additional fees or cancel your order. If no response is provided within 48 hours, your order will automatically be cancelled. No adjustments on previous purchases. Offer is non-transferable and subject to change without notice. Not valid on international shipments.

    Your order will arrive in 7 – 9 business days. Please allow up to fourteen (14) days for shipments to remote locations.*

  • What is the minimum amount for one order?

    There is no minimum amount for one order.

  • An item I purchased is out of stock. When can I expect to receive my order?

    All items are subject to availability. In the event that the product(s) you request is no longer available at the time of your order, we will contact you via email to advise the product(s) is no longer available. In this situation, we will have no obligation to fulfill your order and you will have no obligation to pay. In the event the product(s) is back-ordered, we will contact you via email to provide alternative options or delayed shipment of product(s). Any back-ordered items on the order will be shipped as per the description at no additional costs. Although we strive to update and keep accurate product and pricing information on the Site, errors and/or omissions may occur.

  • How will I know if my order has been received?

    An order confirmation will be sent to your provided email address once you have successfully completed your online order. Your confirmation will include an order number that you can reference if you have any further questions. Please note this email will usually generate within several minutes of the order being placed.

    Once your order has been shipped, an email with your shipping information to help track your order will be sent to the email address provided while processing your order. This email will be generated in a couple days, please ensure you check your regular and junk inbox as well. If you require any additional information in regards to your order, you may contact minishopsupport@mini.ca.

  • Can I return the item?

    If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days from the date of purchase and we will exchange the product or refund your money. In the event of a refund, the same credit card used to make your purchase will be credited. Please note that all orders must be unopened in order for it to be returned. However, once a package is opened, your order cannot be returned and no refund will be provided. Items must be returned in unused condition, in original packaging, with all tags and labels attached and with packing sufficient to prevent damage. Do not use product packaging as shipping packaging.

    If you would like to return an item ordered directly from MINIshop.ca, contact minishopsupport@mini.ca. Customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Our representatives will provide you with all information needed to fulfil the return.

  • Is there a warranty for my purchased products?

    All Lifestyle Textile, Accessories, Baby Racers and Bicycles have a limited warranty of a period of up to 12 months from the date of purchase. The specific details of each individual warranty are available on our Site If you have purchased your product through the Online Shop, and would like to make a warranty claim, please contact minishopsupport@mini.ca. If the goods are to be replaced, we will arrange for the product to be collected from you, and will send a new product to you free of charge. Should the identical product be out of stock, then you may select another product. If the value of the replacement item is less than the value of the original item, you will be provided with a credit for the difference. If the value of the replacement item is more than the value of the original item, you will be responsible for the difference in cost. If you purchased a MINI product through one of our authorized Retailers, please contact the same Retailer directly for assistance. For further information, please contact minishopsupport@mini.ca.

    For claims relating to a defect in the goods due to workmanship, please contact minishopsupport@mini.ca. BMW Group Canada shall arrange for the goods to be collected, shall perform the repair if possible, and shall return the repaired item(s) to the customer free of charge. If the item is deemed un-repairable by BMW Group Canada, a replacement will be issued.

  • Which browser is best to view the online shop?

    Firefox 13+, Google Chrome, Internet Explorer 10+, and the current and previous version of Safari (macOS).

  • Is it possible to pay via invoice or debit?

    You can choose among various payment methods. We accept Visa and MasterCard and use PayPal as our secured payment provider. The payment will appear as “BMW Shop” on your credit card statement.

  • How will my personal data be protected?

    All data given to the MINI Online Shop, such as credit card information and Email address, are automatically coded by SSL protocol (Secure Socket Layer). SSL is the industry standard for online transfer of confidential data.

  • Why do I have to enter the 'Card Verification Code' and where do I find it?

    All online payments require a credit card number and the Card Verification Code. In contrast to the credit card number and the expiry date of the card, this code does not appear on the credit card reference. This maximizes the security of credit card payments over the internet. You'll find the Card Verification Code on the back of your Visa and MasterCard (three figures).

    Credit cards without a Card Verification Code cannot be accepted.

  • Does individual delivery incur extra costs?

    If one of your ordered items is not available right now, we will send it as soon as possible without charging you.

  • How long does the delivery period last?

    If you live in a major urban centre (Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver, Calgary or Edmonton), you can expect to receive your order in approximately 4-9 business days of your order being submitted. Please Note: Please allow approximately 14 business days of your order being submitted for delivery to any non-major urban centres. Shipping is available within Canada only. All deliveries originate in Ontario. A signature will be required at time of delivery. We cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses. The delivery times for items marked as ‘Special Order’ will be provided upon request. Items on “backorder” will be shipped when available. You will be notified if an item you have ordered is on “backorder” and will be given an opportunity to cancel at that time.

    Receipt of your order will be confirmed via an automatic e-mail to the e-mail address provided when you place your order. Such e-mail is a confirmation that your order has been received. We will send another email once your order has been shipped.

  • Is it possible to send a product to somebody as a present?

    The items ordered must be sent to the billing address of the individual placing the order. It is not possible to be billed for the order and have it shipped to an alternative address.

  • Can I track the delivery status of my order?

    Once the package has been shipped you will receive an email with the courier that was used to ship your package as well as the tracking number. You can track your package online at the courier’s website.

    A free service: setting up your account is free and places you under no obligation. You can, of course, cancel the account at any time.

    Faster, simpler and more convenient: just choose your individual user name and password and begin. You can place an order with several clicks - and naturally your account can be set up exactly as you want it.

    Just a few clicks away: you only have to set up your billing address which will also be your delivery address - saving you valuable time when you place orders in future. Select only the billing address next time, without having to enter every detail again. You can edit your details at any time.

  • Setting up your account

    When placing an order: After selecting a particular product, simply click the “Add to shopping cart” button. Once you’ve added all of the items you wish to order, simply press the "Go to checkout" button.

    Or outside the ordering process: In the navigation, click "Login", then click "Register" and you will be taken to the page on which you can set up your personal account.

  • User name and password

    Your user name and password are your keys to your account at the MINI Shop. You cannot change your user name once you have registered. If the user name you have chosen has already been allocated to another customer, please choose a new name.

    Choose a password that will be easy to remember and make sure that no unauthorized person has access to your password and thus to your personal account.

    Change password: If you would like a new password at any time you can change it in the "My account" area. To do so, simply click "Personal data" on the left hand navigation bar. Once you are viewing your personal details, simply click “Edit login details”. On the next page, enter your old password and then your new password twice (once to confirm). Click "Change password" and your new password will take effect immediately.

    Please note: Your user name must be at least 3 characters long and your password at least 6 characters; neither may contain any spaces.

    Forgotten your password? No problem. Simply go to the Login page and click "Forgot my password" under "My account". This will take you to a page where you can enter your user name and then click "Send".

  • Login and logout

    You can log into our shop site at any time by clicking the navigation item "Login". To log out, simply click "Logout" in the navigation and you will be leave the secure personal area.

  • Changing your account details

    Would you like to change any of your personal details? No problem: once you’ve logged in simply click “Personal data” under "My account" on the left hand navigation bar. Once your personal details appear simply click the “Edit personal details’ button - then you can make all the changes you like.
